Esta primera fase contemplaba la intervenci\u00f3n de ocho calles a lo largo del distrito, una superficie total de 37.789 m<sup>2<\/sup>. Su objetivo: disminuir los niveles sonoros de rodadura y la contaminaci\u00f3n del aire, gracias al uso de materiales sostenibles.<\/p>\n<p><code><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/geoportal.madrid.es\/IDEAM_WBGEOPORTAL\/visor_din.iam?clave=VISOR_IDE&amp;ArcGIS=https%3A%2F%2Fsigma.madrid.es%2Fhosted%2Frest%2Fservices%2FOBRAS%2FOPERACION_ASFALTO_2025%2FMapServer&amp;changeWebMap=3bf0ea7bca264b309dc66a3ccf659bf7&amp;extent=-459219.3162%2C4911324.9659%2C-367494.8822%2C4953327.113%2C102100\" width=\"100%\" height=\"500\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/code><\/p>\n<p>Ahora, la segunda fase de esta operaci\u00f3n municipal ampl\u00eda su alcance con una inversi\u00f3n de <strong>5,5 millones de euros<\/strong> y la renovaci\u00f3n de <strong>296.144 m\u00b2<\/strong> de calzadas en <strong>111 calles<\/strong> de toda la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Como consecuencia, en nuestro distrito esta nueva etapa contempla la mejora de <strong>cuatro nuevas v\u00edas<\/strong>, que suman una superficie de <strong>8.648,42 m\u00b2<\/strong>. Tras un an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnico basado en su estado de conservaci\u00f3n y volumen de tr\u00e1fico las calles seleccionadas para esta nueva fase han sido:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calle de Bolta\u00f1a (entre San Mariano y Nicolasa G\u00f3mez, incluida glorieta)<\/li>\n<li>Calle de Oslo (entre Estocolmo y Manchester)<\/li>\n<li>Calle de Ribadesella<\/li>\n<li>Calle de Castropol (entre Cangas de Narcea y Hermanos Garc\u00eda Noblejas)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con estas actuaciones de la Operaci\u00f3n Asfalto 2025, ya son <strong>12<\/strong> las <strong>calles<\/strong> de San Blas-Canillejas las que se beneficiar\u00e1n este a\u00f1o de una mejora integral del pavimento, alcanzando una superficie total de 47.437,42 m\u00b2, en beneficio de la <strong>seguridad y comodidad<\/strong> de vecinos y vecinas.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Asfalto m\u00e1s sostenible para una ciudad m\u00e1s segura<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/blog\/notas-de-prensa\/el-ayuntamiento-amplia-la-operacion-asfalto-2025-a-111-nuevas-calles-de-los-21-distritos\/\">Operaci\u00f3n Asfalto 2025<\/a> supone una inversi\u00f3n de <strong>17,7 millones de euros<\/strong> para renovar el pavimento en <strong>367 calles<\/strong> a lo largo de los <strong>21 distritos<\/strong>. Esto se traduce en una superficie de cerca de 900.569 m<sup>2<\/sup>. Para ello, se emplear\u00e1n alrededor de 105.000 toneladas de asfalto, cuya composici\u00f3n es m\u00e1s respetuosa con el medioambiente en comparaci\u00f3n con las que se ven\u00edan usando anteriormente.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la mitad del material utilizado ser\u00e1n mezclas bituminosas semicalientes. Se pueden fabricar a menor temperatura, unos 30\u00baC inferior a las mezclas en caliente tradicionales. Esto <strong>reduce las emisiones de gases contaminantes<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la exposici\u00f3n de los trabajadores a humos, hidrocarburos y olores y el consumo energ\u00e9tico.
