Resalt\u00f3 el <strong>papel de los huertos escolares como agentes de cambio en los h\u00e1bitos alimentarios de la comunidad educativa<\/strong>, hacia una alimentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sostenible y saludable, enfatizando el <a href=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/2021\/05\/12\/come-con-la-cabeza\/\">proyecto Food-Wave.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Continuamos con la ponencia <strong><em>El huerto escolar como herramienta social y terap\u00e9utica,<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0impartida por Karin Palml\u00f6f de <a href=\"https:\/\/aehjst.org\/\">la <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Horticultura y Jardiner\u00eda Social y Terap\u00e9utica<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> Puedes <strong>descargarte la ponencia pinchando <a href=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2022\/03\/HUERTO-ESCOLAR-COMO-HERRAMIENTA-SOCIAL-Y-TERAPEUTICA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/strong>. Karin nos habl\u00f3 de c\u00f3mo el <strong>huerto escolar<\/strong> puede ayudar a <strong>mejorar la salud f\u00edsica, mental y emocional del alumnado<\/strong>. La ausencia de la naturaleza en la vida de la generaci\u00f3n actual est\u00e1 directamente relacionada con algunas de las tendencias m\u00e1s preocupantes de la infancia: aumento de la obesidad, de los trastornos de atenci\u00f3n y de la depresi\u00f3n. La <strong>exposici\u00f3n a la naturaleza en nuestros huertos escolares, jardines es esencial para un desarrollo infantil saludable<\/strong>. \u00a0Nos recomend\u00f3 el libro <a href=\"https:\/\/profesoresverdes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Last-Child-in-the-Woods-2.pdf\">El \u00faltimo ni\u00f1o en el bosque: salvar a nuestros hijos del trastorno por d\u00e9ficit de naturaleza de Louv.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de esta interesante ponencia fue el momento de conocer de mano del <strong>profesorado y familias las experiencias curriculares y de organizaci\u00f3n del huerto escolar<\/strong>. Continuamos con un <em>Espacio de Encuentro<\/em> en el que a trav\u00e9s de varias din\u00e1micas (<em>Cuchicheo y me presento <\/em>o <em>Si mi huerto pudiera hablar dir\u00eda<\/em>\u2026) los docentes pudieron intercambiar impresiones sobre su huerto escolar con compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras de los diferentes centros educativos y conocerse mejor.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que nuestras neuronas estuvieron activas y preparadas disfrutamos de la ponencia de <strong>Laura Ace<\/strong>i<strong>tuno<\/strong> de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latroje.org\/\">Asociaci\u00f3n La Troje<\/a>, <em>Los huertos escolares como guardianes de semillas. <\/em>Puedes <strong>descargarte la ponencia pinchando <a href=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2022\/03\/GUARDIANES-DE-SEMILLAS-LAURA-ACEITUNO-TROJE.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/strong><strong>. <\/strong>Laura nos habl\u00f3 de las diferentes <strong>dimensiones de las semillas: biol\u00f3gica, cultural, pol\u00edtica, sensorial y emocional.<\/strong> Nos explic\u00f3 proyectos para trabajar la recuperaci\u00f3n de semillas de variedad local desde nuestros huertos escolares: <a href=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/2021\/02\/26\/el-libro-viajero\/\">Libro viajero<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conecte.es\/index.php\/es\/\">Plataforma digital de conocimiento CONECT-e,<\/a> <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=xNfvx1kSwfw\">Proyecto Semillas por el clima\u2026<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente conocimos de manos de Marta Toribio del equipo educativo de la RHES el <strong>proyecto Guardianes\/as de Semillas<\/strong> que se realiza en la <strong>RHES<\/strong> desde el a\u00f1o 2019, participando 22 centros educativos.\u00a0 Se ha conseguido reproducir dos <strong>variedades locales: habas de Perales de Taju\u00f1a y lechuga morondilla de Perales de Taju\u00f1a<\/strong>, obteniendo el curso pasado 3.350 habas de Perales de Taju\u00f1a y 15.600 semillas de lechuga morondilla. <strong>pinchando <a href=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2022\/03\/GUARDIANES-DE-SEMILLAS.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>podr\u00e1s conocer m\u00e1s de este proyecto. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Continuamos disfrutando de 3 talleres formativos facilitados por el equipo educativo de la RHES y Real Jard\u00edn Bot\u00e1nico de Madrid: visita <em>Conoce la huerta del Real Jard\u00edn Bot\u00e1nico de Madrid, taller Polinizadores del Real Jard\u00edn Bot\u00e1nico de Madrid, taller Reproducci\u00f3n por esquejes <\/em>y <em>taller Semillas del Real Jard\u00edn Bot\u00e1nico de Madrid.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2022\/03\/IMAGEN-3-scaled.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4362 size-large aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2022\/03\/IMAGEN-3-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Y finalizamos con una comida de traje en el <a href=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/cieaelretiro\/\">CIEA Huerto del Retiro<\/a>.
