Queremos sensibilizar y formar acerca de la construcci\u00f3n de un modelo alimentario saludable, justo y sostenible, abordando la relaci\u00f3n entre la alimentaci\u00f3n, cambio clim\u00e1tico y los ODS (Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible). La propuetsa consiste en impartir una serie de <strong>talleres dirigidos al alumnado<\/strong>, pero tambi\u00e9n\u00a0<strong>formaciones y actividades para el profesorado<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>personal de comedor<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>familias<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>educadores ambientales<\/strong> que colaboran con los diferentes centros educativos con huerto escolar del Municipio de madrid.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808000\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la propuesta?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>a) Talleres\u00a0 dirigidos al alumnado:<\/strong> Hay 3 posibles talleres, dise\u00f1ados y adaptados especificamente apra cada ciclo, con una duraci\u00f3n de 1 hora y media:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><strong>Agricultura para enfriar el planeta. <\/strong><\/strong>Orientado para\u00a0<strong>1\u00ba y 2<\/strong>\u00ba. Destinado a conocer el huerto en s\u00ed como ecosistema, aprendiendo sobre la diversidad de elementos que lo componen. Adem\u00e1s, se introducir\u00e1n de forma sencilla algunas de las funciones esenciales que cumplen los seres vivos que en \u00e9l habitan y que nos ayudan contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>Cerrando ciclos para enfriar el planeta. <\/strong><\/strong>Orientado para\u00a0<strong>3\u00ba y 4<\/strong>\u00ba. Enfocado a mostrar el funcionamiento del ciclo de los materiales en la naturaleza, as\u00ed como los procesos de descomposici\u00f3n de la materia org\u00e1nica. Adem\u00e1s, aprenderemos sobre las fases de la gesti\u00f3n de residuos convencionales y sus impactos socioambientales, presentando propuestas m\u00e1s sostenibles hacia su reducci\u00f3n, reutilizaci\u00f3n y reciclaje.<\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>Recetas para enfriar el planeta. <\/strong><\/strong>Orientado para\u00a0<strong>5\u00ba y 6<\/strong>\u00ba. Dise\u00f1ado para mostrar el impacto medioambiental y social de nuestro consumo de alimentos, la importancia de la adquisici\u00f3n de la soberan\u00eda alimentaria de los pueblos y la lectura del etiquetado de los productos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>b) Curso de formaci\u00f3n online para el profesorado <\/strong>sobre la incorporaci\u00f3n de los ODS y la alimentaci\u00f3n en el trabajo\u00a0en el aula, huerto y comedor escolar.
