{"id":1930,"date":"2019-12-16T16:51:43","date_gmt":"2019-12-16T16:51:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/?p=1930"},"modified":"2020-01-09T09:30:40","modified_gmt":"2020-01-09T09:30:40","slug":"1930","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/2019\/12\/16\/1930\/","title":{"rendered":"Talleres formativos [2\u00ba Trimestre 2019-2020]"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #008000\">PROGRAMACI\u00d3N FORMATIVA SEGUNDO TRIMESTRE 2019-2020: TALLERES\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Continuamos en el segundo trimestre con las formaciones del programa educativo de la <strong>Red de Huertos Escolares<\/strong> del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, destinadas a <b>docentes y dem\u00e1s personas de la comunidad educativa implicadas en el huerto escolar (personal no docente, AMPAS y otras personas voluntarias).<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #808000\">En cuanto a los <strong>talleres formativos, todos ellos con <\/strong>una <strong>duraci\u00f3n de tres horas<\/strong>\u00a0en <strong>horario de ma\u00f1ana o tarde, trabajaremos los siguientes temas:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #339966\"><strong>Compostaje comunitario.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #339966\"><strong>Extracci\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n de semillas.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #339966\"><strong>Suelos vivos.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #339966\"><strong>Riego por goteo.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #808000\">Los\u00a0<b>talleres<\/b>\u00a0se impartir\u00e1n en los\u00a0<b>lugares, fechas y horarios<\/b> que se indican en la tabla a continuaci\u00f3n. Tendr\u00e1n prioridad aquellos centros educativos localizados en los distritos a los que corresponda cada grupo, en primer lugar los docentes y luego personal no docente y\u00a0 personas de las AMPAS y voluntarias. Una vez realizada la inscripci\u00f3n el equipo de la Red se pondr\u00e1 en contacto con vosotros\/as. Al finalizar las formaciones se expedir\u00e1 el certificado correspondiente desde el Departamento de Educaci\u00f3n Ambiental el Ayuntamiento de Madrid.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los objetivos que perseguimos con cada taller:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #285c42\"><strong>Compostaje comunitario.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Poner en valor el uso de la materia org\u00e1nica para conseguir un abono de alta calidad. Conocer los t\u00e9rminos de agrocompostaje y compostaje comunitario, as\u00ed como el proyecto Madrid Agrocomposta. Entender los par\u00e1metros que intervienen en el proceso de compostaje. \u00a0Poner en pr\u00e1ctica diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de compostaje: laminar, en compostera o en mont\u00f3n. Analizar muestras de compost en diferentes estados de maduraci\u00f3n y conocer sus usos. Proponer actividades curriculares en torno al compostaje. Potenciar los huertos escolares como n\u00f3dulos de compostaje comunitario.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #285c42\"><strong>Extracci\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n de semillas.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reflexionar acerca de la importancia de conservar semillas, especialmente de variedades tradicionales. Aprender a seleccionar plantas para extracci\u00f3n de semillas agr\u00edcolas. Identificar los momentos \u00f3ptimos de recolecci\u00f3n de frutos para extracci\u00f3n de semillas. Poner en pr\u00e1ctica diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de extracci\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n de semillas. Proponer actividades curriculares relacionadas con semillas. Motivar a las comunidades educativas para crear bancos de semillas y para formar parte de Guardianes de semillas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #285c42\"><strong>Suelos vivos.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Repasar los conceptos clave del suelo desde una visi\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica. Reflexionar acerca del papel del suelo en la seguridad alimentaria, en la regulaci\u00f3n del cambio clim\u00e1tico y en el equilibrio del huerto escolar. Identificar texturas y pH del suelo, poner en pr\u00e1ctica diferentes t\u00e9cnicas para aumentar la fertilidad del mismo: manejo de materia org\u00e1nica, reproducci\u00f3n de microrganismos eficientes, abono fermentado bocashi, t\u00e9 de humus y trampas de arroz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #285c42\"><strong>Riego por goteo.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recapacitar sobre el uso del agua, como un \u00a0recurso limitante del desarrollo agr\u00edcola y su valor a nivel global. Identificar cu\u00e1l es el sistema de riego m\u00e1s operativo y eficiente en base a nuestro contexto (tipo de suelo, dureza del agua, condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas y demanda h\u00eddrica de cada cultivo). Conocer los beneficios del sistema de riego por goteo y aprender a resolver algunos de los problemas con los que nos podemos encontrar. Dise\u00f1ar e instalar un sistema de riego por goteo adecuado a nuestras necesidades. Aprender distintas alternativas para mejorar el aprovechamiento del agua en nuestro\u00a0 huerto. Proponer actividades curriculares relacionadas con el factor h\u00eddrico.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #99cc00\">Por otro lado, como novedad en este segundo trimestre, ofreceremos diversos <strong>seminarios<\/strong>, para complementar y reforzar el trabajo que est\u00e1is realizando desde vuestros centros escolares.
