{"id":1695,"date":"2019-10-02T08:49:42","date_gmt":"2019-10-02T08:49:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/?p=1695"},"modified":"2019-10-02T08:49:42","modified_gmt":"2019-10-02T08:49:42","slug":"taller-sobre-extraccion-de-semillas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/2019\/10\/02\/taller-sobre-extraccion-de-semillas\/","title":{"rendered":"Taller sobre Extracci\u00f3n de semillas"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #008000\">\u00a1Comienzan los talleres de profundizaci\u00f3n en los Centros de la Red!<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">Como ya os contamos, una de las grandes novedades de este curso son los talleres trimestrales de profundizaci\u00f3n en diferentes temas que creemos interesantes para reforzar para que desarrollar los proyectos de huerto escolar sea m\u00e1s sencillo.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El pasado 20 de septiembre impartimos el <strong>primer taller de Extracci\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n de Semillas<\/strong> con la asistencia de docentes de todas las etapas educativas y personas voluntarias de la Red de huertos escolares. \u00a0Se cre\u00f3 un espacio de encuentro y aprendizaje en el CEIP Amador de los R\u00edos, como centro anfitri\u00f3n, cuya m\u00e1xima fue aprender haciendo.<\/p>\n<p>Comenzamos el taller \u00a0visionando parte del documental <a href=\"https:\/\/viaorganica.org\/documental-semillas-de-libertad-por-vandana-shiva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Semillas de Libertad<\/a> y reflexionando sobre el papel de las semillas en la sociedad del siglo XIX. Conocimos un dato rese\u00f1able, <span style=\"color: #339966\"><strong>seg\u00fan la FAO hemos perdido el 75% de nuestras semillas de variedad local<\/strong><\/span>. Esto tiene graves consecuencias sobre el medio ambiente y nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fao.org\/news\/story\/es\/item\/1181470\/icode\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">noticia<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1788 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2019\/10\/photo_2019-09-24_08-42-43-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2019\/10\/photo_2019-09-24_08-42-43-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2019\/10\/photo_2019-09-24_08-42-43-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2019\/10\/photo_2019-09-24_08-42-43-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2019\/10\/photo_2019-09-24_08-42-43-1000x750.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2019\/10\/photo_2019-09-24_08-42-43-500x375.jpg 500w, https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2019\/10\/photo_2019-09-24_08-42-43-360x270.jpg 360w, https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2019\/10\/photo_2019-09-24_08-42-43.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ante esta alarmante merma de biodiversidad nos preguntamos, <span style=\"color: #339966\"><strong>\u00bfqu\u00e9 podemos hacer desde los huertos escolares de la red?<\/strong><\/span> Por ello, introdujimos el <span style=\"color: #99cc00\"><strong>proyecto Guardianes de Semillas,<\/strong><\/span> que busca a 20 colegios de la red que quieran cultivar y extraer semillas en sus huertas para posteriormente<a href=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/huertosescolares\/2019\/04\/11\/intercambio-de-semillas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> intercambiarlas con otros huertos escolares<\/a>, generando un peque\u00f1o banco de semillas en la Red. \u00a0Pod\u00e9is <span style=\"color: #99cc00\"><strong>conocer m\u00e1s sobre este proyecto<\/strong><\/span> y c\u00f3mo participar pinchando <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1dWnFk7nHyLClz6C58BYgBWsixtvkyixB\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Continuamos el taller realizando un mapa conceptual sobre conceptos biol\u00f3gicos relacionados con la reproducci\u00f3n de las plantas \u00bfQu\u00e9 es una planta monoica? \u00bfY una aut\u00f3gama? \u00bfQu\u00e9 es la vernalizaci\u00f3n y qu\u00e9 tiene que ver con las semillas?<\/p>\n<p>Cambiamos el aula por el huerto y conocimos los criterios para seleccionar las plantas de las que extraer semillas, c\u00f3mo aislar los cultivos en el huerto escolar y cu\u00e1l es el punto \u00f3ptimo para recoger los frutos para extraer las semillas.
