El nuevo concejal presidente liderar\u00e1 un distrito de 190.000 habitantes y 28 kil\u00f3metros cuadrados de extensi\u00f3n que comprende el antiguo t\u00e9rmino municipal de <strong>Hortaleza<\/strong> y <strong>Canillas<\/strong>, antiguos pueblos anexionados a la capital en 1949.<\/p>\n<p>Licenciado en Ciencias de la Informaci\u00f3n y formado en direcci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica, P\u00e9rez comenz\u00f3 su carrera pol\u00edtica en el <strong>Ayuntamiento de Madrid<\/strong> en el a\u00f1o 1997 como consejero t\u00e9cnico.
