Nos acercar\u00e1n a la realidad de nuevos proyectos dinamizadores de territorio como el que nos propone <em>La Cabra Tira al Jerte<\/em>, queser\u00eda ecol\u00f3gica y artesanal cuya propuesta implica producir de forma que nuestros ecosistemas se preserven a trav\u00e9s de productos que lleguen a la mesa con criterios de menor huella CO2, altos valores nutritivos y circuitos que intentan sortear la gran distribuci\u00f3n y generan m\u00e1s empleo \u201cverde\u201d en nuestras comarcas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4373\" src=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/cieaelretiro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/57\/2023\/05\/1618323999385.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/cieaelretiro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/57\/2023\/05\/1618323999385.jpg 800w, https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/cieaelretiro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/57\/2023\/05\/1618323999385-300x75.jpg 300w, https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/cieaelretiro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/57\/2023\/05\/1618323999385-768x191.jpg 768w, https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/cieaelretiro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/57\/2023\/05\/1618323999385-500x124.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La Cabra tira al Jerte es un proyecto de pasi\u00f3n por el entorno rural que les rodea. La cultura cr\u00edtica, y la ecopoes\u00eda en particular, es un ingrediente fundamental de nuestros quesos. Para (re)conectarnos desde una valorizaci\u00f3n del cooperativismo frente a un mundo que erosiona los lazos sociales.
