En el coraz\u00f3n de nuestro distrito, tres mercados municipales \u2014Chamart\u00edn, Prosperidad y San Crist\u00f3bal\u2014 se consolidan como referentes del comercio de proximidad, combinando tradici\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n para adaptarse a los nuevos h\u00e1bitos de consumo.<\/p>\n

A su lado tienen siempre cerca al Ayuntamiento de Madrid: la \u00faltima Junta de Gobierno de 2025 aprob\u00f3 la convocatoria de subvenciones para la modernizaci\u00f3n y dinamizaci\u00f3n de los mercados municipales y galer\u00edas de alimentaci\u00f3n correspondiente al a\u00f1o 2026, con una dotaci\u00f3n total de 6,1 millones de euros.<\/p>\n

En Chamart\u00edn queremos hacer balance a un 2025 que recibe el nuevo a\u00f1o con estas ayudas que buscan reforzar el comercio de proximidad, mejorar la competitividad de los mercados municipales y acompa\u00f1ar a concesionarios y comerciantes en procesos de inversi\u00f3n, adaptaci\u00f3n normativa y transformaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica. La nueva convocatoria de subvenciones del \u00c1rea de Gobierno de Econom\u00eda, Innovaci\u00f3n y Hacienda incorpora un conjunto de novedades fundamentales, dise\u00f1adas para responder a la diversidad de tama\u00f1os de locales, niveles de ocupaci\u00f3n, necesidades de inversi\u00f3n y nuevas exigencias en materia de seguridad y eficiencia. \u00bfQuieres conocerlas? Mercado Escuela de San Crist\u00f3bal<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

En 2025, los mercados recibieron ayudas municipales para sostenimiento y modernizaci\u00f3n: Chamart\u00edn (249.675 \u20ac), Prosperidad (136.681 \u20ac) y San Crist\u00f3bal (247.541 \u20ac), adem\u00e1s de una bonificaci\u00f3n del 95 % en el IBI. Y el horizonte es optimista: m\u00e1s de seis millones de euros se invertir\u00e1n en 2026 para reforzar la modernizaci\u00f3n, sostenibilidad y digitalizaci\u00f3n, dentro de la Estrategia Integral de Fortalecimiento de la Actividad Comercial y Hostelera 2025-2027 (EIFACH).<\/p>\n

Un modelo que funciona<\/strong> con tres claves<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Con ocupaci\u00f3n casi plena, servicios innovadores y una clara apuesta por la sostenibilidad, los mercados de Chamart\u00edn no solo generan empleo y actividad econ\u00f3mica, sino que tambi\u00e9n fortalecen la cohesi\u00f3n social y el modelo de ciudad. Espacios din\u00e1micos y competitivos que, lejos de perder vigencia, se reinventan para seguir siendo esenciales en la vida cotidiana.<\/p>\n

  1. La experiencia del cliente es una prioridad.<\/strong> Chamart\u00edn ofrece taquillas refrigeradas, pantallas informativas, venta online, servicio Glovo, wifi gratuito y reparto centralizado. Prosperidad suma puntos de recogida y atenci\u00f3n al mayor, adem\u00e1s de venta online y conectividad digital. San Crist\u00f3bal, por su parte, destaca por su papel como mercado escuela y su presencia activa en redes sociales.\n

  2. La gesti\u00f3n ambiental tambi\u00e9n es protagonista<\/strong>. Los tres mercados cuentan con paneles solares y sistemas circulares de gesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  3. La salud comercial es evidente<\/strong>: Chamart\u00edn y San Crist\u00f3bal mantienen el 100 % de ocupaci\u00f3n, mientras que Prosperidad alcanza el 97,4 %, con un \u00fanico local vacante. Los tres mercados han dado el salto digital, integr\u00e1ndose en la plataforma institucional todoestaenmadrid.com<\/a>, desarrollando webs propias y canales de venta online, y manteniendo perfiles activos en Instagram.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
