Por eso, el distrito de Chamart\u00edn pone a disposici\u00f3n de sus vecinos una amplia oferta de cursos y talleres para todos los gustos y edades, pensados para iniciarse en nuevas aficiones, aprender idiomas, profundizar en la historia y la cultura o, simplemente, hacer distrito en buena compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h2>Cursos en el EC Antonio L\u00f3pez<\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>Espacio Cultural Antonio L\u00f3pez<\/strong> acoge talleres dirigidos a todos los p\u00fablicos. Las <strong>clases de dibujo<\/strong> se celebran los martes, tanto en horario de ma\u00f1ana como de tarde, con sesiones de tres horas, y los mi\u00e9rcoles por la tarde, de 17:00 a 19:00 h, con dibujo al pastel. Adem\u00e1s, los martes y jueves por la tarde hay <strong>clases de pintura<\/strong>, a las que se suman las sesiones de <strong>pintura sobre tela<\/strong> los jueves de 10:00 a 12:00 h y el <strong>taller de retrato en carboncillo<\/strong>, los mi\u00e9rcoles de 19:00 a 21:00 h.<\/p>\n<p>Los amantes del arte pueden completar su formaci\u00f3n con propuestas como el taller <strong>Conocer Madrid a trav\u00e9s de la pintura<\/strong>, que se desarrolla los mi\u00e9rcoles y jueves de 12:00 a 14:00 h. Los lunes est\u00e1n dedicados al s\u00e9ptimo arte, con los cursos de <strong>Historia del cine<\/strong>, de 9:30 a 11:30 h, y <strong>Literatura y cine<\/strong>, de 11:30 a 13:30 h. Quienes prefieran el teatro pueden inscribirse en las clases para adultos, que se imparten los jueves de 19:00 a 21:00 h.<\/p>\n<p>Para mantenerse en forma, el centro ofrece <strong>gimnasia senior<\/strong>, con dos sesiones semanales los lunes y mi\u00e9rcoles o los martes y jueves por la ma\u00f1ana, as\u00ed como <strong>clases de yoga y yoguilates<\/strong> en horarios de ma\u00f1ana y tarde.<\/p>\n<p>La oferta se completa con otros cursos como el <strong>taller de bons\u00e1is<\/strong> (martes por la tarde y mi\u00e9rcoles por la ma\u00f1ana), el <strong>taller de vidrieras art\u00edsticas<\/strong> (mi\u00e9rcoles de 10:00 a 12:00 h), el <strong>taller de punto y crochet<\/strong> (viernes de 12:00 a 14:00 h) o las <strong>clases de conversaci\u00f3n en ingl\u00e9s de nivel b\u00e1sico<\/strong>, los viernes de 17:00 a 19:00 h, entre otras propuestas disponibles.<\/p>\n<h2>Talleres del CSC Luis Gonzaga<\/h2>\n<p>Por su parte, el <strong>Centro Sociocultural Luis Gonzaga<\/strong> incorpora nuevos talleres para este 2026. Los jueves se imparten cursos de <strong>iniciaci\u00f3n al pilates<\/strong> (de 16:15 a 17:45 h) y <strong>gimnasia<\/strong> (de 20:15 a 21:15 h).
