El pasado s\u00e1bado 3 de Junio a las 11:00h, El Tercer Teniente de Alcalde y Concejal Presidente del Distrito de Chamart\u00edn, Mauricio Valiente, inaugur\u00f3 los Jardines situados en el Paseo de la Habana con los que se rinde homenaje a Antonio Vicente Mosquete, en el aniversario de su fallecimiento el 3 de Junio de 1987.<\/p>\n


\nEn el acto de reconocimiento, que comenz\u00f3 con la m\u00fasica de Silvio Rodr\u00edguez, intervinieron el propio Mauricio Valiente quien destac\u00f3 que \u201cnuestra labor es honrar la memoria de Antonio Vicente Mosquete, una figura necesaria para la recuperaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica\u201d, tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201cLa memoria de la ciudad tiene que estar vinculada a personas que han hecho cosas positivas para su construcci\u00f3n, y por eso, es fundamental que tengamos espacios como \u00e9ste\u201d.
\nPor su parte, Ricardo Gayol, amigo del homenajeado, destac\u00f3 de la figura de Antonio Vicente que era una \u201cpersona coherente, con liderazgo para el bien com\u00fan, para lo colectivo\u201d as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n se refiri\u00f3 a la importancia de la recuperaci\u00f3n de su memoria para que no caiga en el olvido.<\/p>\n

Roc\u00edo Vicente, hija de Antonio Vicente, record\u00f3 emocionada a su padre diciendo que \u201cirradiaba vitalidad y entusiasmo por todos sus poros. Con \u00e9l aprend\u00ed el amor por la m\u00fasica\u201d y concluy\u00f3 diciendo \u201cgracias por haber existido en el mundo y en m\u00ed. Gracias por estos jardines que hoy parecen m\u00e1s verdes, no perdamos la esperanza\u201d.<\/p>\n

En el acto se escuch\u00f3 la m\u00fasica de Jos\u00e9 Corchete, quien con su piano puso la nota musical al homenaje.
\nAl finalizar el acto, y en presencia de todos los asistentes, se descubri\u00f3 la placa conmemorativa con la que estos jardines pasan a llamarse desde el s\u00e1bado \u201cJardines de Antonio Vicente Mosquete\u201d en homenaje al que fue docente y Presidente de la ONCE.<\/p>\n

La iniciativa parte de la propuesta aprobada por unanimidad en acuerdo plenario el pasado 14 de Marzo y mediante la cual se pretende reconocer la trayectoria de Antonio Vicente Mosquete quien tantos a\u00f1os estuvo ligado al Distrito de Chamart\u00edn en su etapa como estudiante y despu\u00e9s como docente del colegio de la ONCE, situado en las proximidades de los jardines, cuya presidencia ostent\u00f3 hasta el momento de su fallecimiento y a la cual lleg\u00f3 como el primer presidente elegido democr\u00e1ticamente en la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
