En la semana en que se celebra el D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer, la alcaldesa de Madrid, Manuela Carmena, la delegada del \u00e1rea de Pol\u00edticas de G\u00e9nero y Diversidad, Celia Mayer, y la concejala de Carabanchel, Esther G\u00f3mez, mantuvieron el lunes 5 de marzo un encuentro con el grupo de mujeres que participa en los talleres del Espacio de Igualdad Mar\u00eda de Maeztu en el distrito de Carabanchel.<\/p>\n

Fue una visita, dentro de los numerosos actos programados por el Ayuntamiento con motivo del 8 de marzo, para conocer las actividades que se vienen impartiendo con el prop\u00f3sito de ofrecer apoyo y visibilidad a las mujeres del barrio dentro del tejido comunitario de la ciudad.<\/p>\n

En este encuentro, la alcaldesa de Madrid, Manuela Carmena, destac\u00f3 el papel de la mujer, que siempre ha tenido prioridad para lo cotidiano, para lo peque\u00f1o, para el cuidado de los suyos, por lo que ha sido minusvalorada. \u201cLas mujeres no queremos los modelos impuestos, queremos crear nuestros propios modelos desde la cultura de las mujeres: dar importancia a lo cotidiano en la vida p\u00fablica\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la alcaldesa.<\/p>\n

Espacio de Igualdad Mar\u00eda de Maeztu<\/h3>\n

Como todos los Espacios, el Mar\u00eda de Maeztu es lugar de encuentro y reflexi\u00f3n que se ha convertido en un recurso y referente de la lucha por la igualdad en el distrito. En \u00e9l participan colectivos y asociaciones de mujeres de Carabanchel, a veces organizando actividades, conferencias, exposiciones, o bien participando en sus talleres, individual o colectivamente.<\/p>\n

Para quien quiera conocer de cerca qu\u00e9 se hace y c\u00f3mo en este Espacio, est\u00e1n previstas unas jornadas de puertas abiertas entre el 12\u00a0 y el 23 de marzo a las que pueden acudir todas las personas que lo deseen.<\/p>\n

Propuestas interesantes como la exposici\u00f3n \u00abCotidianidades\u00bb que muestra un viaje mediante reflexiones, s\u00e1tira y humor sobre situaciones habituales con las que se enfrentan las mujeres en su vida cotidiana;\u00a0 concierto Blues Feminista; proyecci\u00f3n y debate del documental \u2018Danza en libertad\u2019; Party Feminista en el que se imponga la utilizaci\u00f3n del lenguaje no sexista o una charla sobre los cuidados como base de la econom\u00eda, son parte del programa que ofrece el centro.<\/p>\n

Mes de marzo en los centros culturales<\/h3>\n

Los centros socioculturales Blasco Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez y Garc\u00eda Lorca y los centros culturales San Francisco La Prensa y L\u00e1zaro Carreter, han preparado tambi\u00e9n para este mes variedad de actividades para los vecinos y vecinas de Carabanchel cuyo hilo conductor ha sido la tem\u00e1tica feminista.<\/p>\n

La mayor\u00eda de los espect\u00e1culos estar\u00e1n protagonizados por mujeres, ya sean m\u00fasica, teatro o actos de homenaje. Cuando se trata de actividades infantiles, se han elegido aquellas enfocadas a llamar la atenci\u00f3n sobre la igualdad dentro de la diversidad y el rechazo de los comportamientos machistas y de violencia.<\/p>\n

Es muy importante la colaboraci\u00f3n que ofrecen las asociaciones de mujeres de Carabanchel en el desarrollo de las actividades de los centros as\u00ed como en la manera de dar visibilidad de g\u00e9nero a las actuaciones en los barrios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
