Ocupa la tercera posici\u00f3n en el ranking junto a Chamber\u00ed, Ciudad Lineal, Hortaleza, Latina, San Blas-Canillejas y Usera, y solo por detr\u00e1s de Centro y Puente de Vallecas, con cuatro bibliotecas.<\/p>\n<p>Con el desarrollo urbano del PAU en sus lindes se han instalado nuevas familias y nueva poblaci\u00f3n con necesidades a satisfacer. Ese es el objetivo de la nueva biblioteca: responder a sus necesidades culturales y art\u00edsticas. Por eso, entre sus paredes esconde, adem\u00e1s de libros, un auditorio, sala de ensayo, espacio multiusos y mucho m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>La semana pasada la Junta de Gobierno dio luz verde a ese nuevo equipamiento. \u00bfTienes preguntas? Intentamos responderte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 una biblioteca si ya hay tres? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El proyecto recientemente aprobado responde a la demanda ciudadana de esta zona en la que, dado el crecimiento del PAU de Carabanchel, sus habitantes han quedado fuera del \u00e1rea de influencia de las otras bibliotecas con las que cuenta el distrito. Para acoger todo lo que ofrecer\u00e1 dentro. Te lo contamos piso por piso desde la entrada.<\/p>\n<p>Planta 0. La planta baja incluir\u00e1 la recepci\u00f3n, zona de estar, espacio multiusos, \u00e1rea de autopr\u00e9stamo y aseos.<\/p>\n<p>Planta 1. \u00a0Acoger\u00e1 la biblioteca en s\u00ed, otra zona de estar, despachos y aseos.<\/p>\n<p>Planta 2. Aqu\u00ed se ubicar\u00e1 la zona de estudio, otra \u00e1rea estancial, y m\u00e1s despachos y aseos.<\/p>\n<p>Planta -1. Esconde la secci\u00f3n m\u00e1s art\u00edstica del edificio. Un auditorio con escenario y camerinos y una sala de ensayo y almac\u00e9n. Adem\u00e1s, en este nivel se situar\u00e1n otras estancias como aseos, vestuarios, vest\u00edbulo de acceso, ropero y cuartos de limpieza y de instalaciones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esto es mucha inversi\u00f3n\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los trabajos, que ser\u00e1n ejecutados por el \u00c1rea de Obras y Equipamientos, cuentan con un presupuesto base de licitaci\u00f3n de 7,4 millones de euros<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo estar\u00e1 lista? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La futura biblioteca es una de las cuatro nuevas dotaciones municipales previstas para Carabanchel en <a href=\"https:\/\/diario.madrid.es\/blog\/2021\/05\/06\/madrid-capital-21-96-nuevos-equipamientos-en-todos-los-distritos\/\">Madrid Capital 21<\/a>, el plan de equipamientos de la ciudad para el periodo 2019-2027.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta la fecha, el \u00c1rea de Obras y Equipamientos ya ha ejecutado en este distrito un centro de empleo en la avenida de Carabanchel Alto, 52, y otro de servicios sociales en la calle de Eduardo Morales, 28.
