Si alguien ha paseado estos d\u00edas por el <strong>Parque Tierno Galv\u00e1n<\/strong> habr\u00e1 notado que el escenario est\u00e1 siendo habilitado para acoger festivales de verano y actuaciones todo el a\u00f1o. Una de las \u00faltimas, la proyecci\u00f3n de la \u00f3pera \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.veranosdelavilla.com\/es\/evento\/14\/opera-en-la-ciudad\">Madamma Butterfly\u2019<\/a> dentro de la programaci\u00f3n de los Veranos de la Villa.<\/p>\n<p>El motivo, las obras de acondicionamiento de ese espacio al aire libre para que pueda albergar todo tipo de espect\u00e1culos, por lo que se est\u00e1 adecuando el escenario con una rampa accesible, otra de acceso de mercanc\u00edas y unas nuevas escaleras de acceso frontales.<\/p>\n<p>Los trabajos, que finalizar\u00e1n en noviembre, incluyen tambi\u00e9n la reparaci\u00f3n completa de las gradas de piedra que conforman el anfiteatro, as\u00ed como el acceso a las mismas que estaba muy deteriorado y el relleno de la canaleta perimetral. Las gradas rotas se sustituyen por otras y se est\u00e1 recolocando de manera adecuada todo el per\u00edmetro.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-235 gallery-columns-2 eficiencia energ\u00e9tica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Otro de los recintos que permanece temporalmente sin actividad es el<strong> Circuito BMX Nudo Sur<\/strong>, ubicado en la calle Embajadores, 316, anexo a Madrid R\u00edo donde sus trabajos de reformas y mejoras se alargar\u00e1n hasta finales de noviembre. En este caso, se est\u00e1 realizando una compactaci\u00f3n y relleno del terreno para reforzar los taludes que conforman el trazado del circuito, as\u00ed como mejoras en el riego. Las obras tambi\u00e9n se centran en el edifico donde se est\u00e1 reforzando el techo y la climatizaci\u00f3n, y en su otro espacio exterior como son las gradas en las que se mejorar\u00e1 la iluminaci\u00f3n y se crear\u00e1 una nuevo zona de limpieza para bicicletas.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Centro Deportivo La Fundi<\/strong> (calle Alicante, 14) tambi\u00e9n ha acometido obras en el interior de su pabell\u00f3n y edificio principal como la impermeabilizaci\u00f3n de las cubiertas y su nuevo lucernario, adem\u00e1s de la renovaci\u00f3n total de la iluminaci\u00f3n para mejorar su eficiencia, reducci\u00f3n de brillos que mejora la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva y establecer circuitos lum\u00ednicos independientes para cada disciplina o uso del pabell\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El resto de los trabajos suponen cambios internos como un nuevo trazado para la bajante de los vestuarios, la instalaci\u00f3n de dep\u00f3sitos para el agua caliente, una alarma sonora para la puerta de emergencia, pintura y cerramientos de las pistas de tenis o mejorar la accesibilidad en la puerta de entrada. <em><strong>La mayor parte de estas obras que siguen en marcha no entorpecen el funcionamiento de las instalaciones, as\u00ed que \u00e9stas permanecen abiertas.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Centro Dotacional Integrado -CDI-<\/strong> \u00a0(calle Canarias, 17) tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 mejorando sus instalaciones pero \u00e9stas siguen en activo hasta que en noviembre se cierre su piscina durante el mes de noviembre para acometer obras que s\u00f3lo se pueden hacer con los vasos cerrados como la sustituci\u00f3n de los dep\u00f3sitos de agua caliente o la sustituci\u00f3n de su sistema de climatizaci\u00f3n. Mientras tanto, los trabajos en el CDI est\u00e1n redistribuyendo su planta primera en vestuarios, oficinas, sustituyendo las puertas antiincendios, eliminando humedades y acondicionamiento de la
